While we use official Google APIs to safeguard your data, SmartCV is not responsible for any data loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Google Account or Google Service outages.
Certain premium actions (AI Resume Generation, PDF Export, AI Scoring) require the viewing of a rewarded advertisement. You agree that these features are provided "as-is" and are subject to availability based on the advertisement network provider.
SmartCV uses AI to generate content. While we strive for professional excellence, users are responsible for reviewing all generated content for accuracy and truthfulness before submitting it to employers.
Under no circumstances shall SmartCV or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the app or its cloud sync capabilities.
